Clobracon provided both preconstruction and construction services for the construction of this large-surface distribution center/warehouse. 153,000 sf gross (32’ clear) was constructed along with 8,000 sf of office space. The project was certified as a “Zero Carbon Building” as per the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC).
