An existing 5-storey industrial building was completely gutted down to the bare structure, 2 new additional floors were added, and 92 residential units were built-out. Clobracon was involved from the initial outset of the project, from initial budgets, design development, and all municipal permits all the way through to construction. The completed building is 7 stories + 1 underground parking, 115,000 sf.
