Station G Mascouche

Clobracon is proud to have been the general contractor for this large-scale multi-phase development, located in Mascouche, Quebec. The project is comprised of four 8-storey buildings, located on top of a common parking podium. A combined total of 523 residential units and 8,000 sf of commercial were constructed, a total 682,000 sf gross. Prior to the recent start of construction, Clobracon led the entire design process by providing extensive preconstruction services, and worked in close collaboration with the client during the entire construction process. The result was a consistent meeting of apartment turnover deadlines and the overall project was completed under the initial budget.
